2 questions.. Why does my 2 month old daughter's mouth stink so bad?! And what can i do?!

  • You can take a nice soft, warm wet washcloth and gently wipe her gums...it's kinda like brushing her teeth and it will wipe away all the bacteria. It's a good idea to get used to doing this once a day or so, and it makes the transition to brushing a lot easier!

  • It is more then likely the type of formula or breest milk.... nothing you can do... if you are really worried just talk to the doctor

  • Wipe out her mouth with a damp washcloth after she nurses. She may be getting formula or milk into her nasal cavities or ears. Hold her head up higher to nurse or bottle feed.
