i was just thinking.. could it be possible to lose weight if you eat fast food all the time but only the recommended amount of calories.. or even less? im not actually gonna do this, i was just thinking about it.Answer Question

I think it's possible if you're active enough. There are plenty of people that are toothpick thin and eat fast food almost every day.
