fast food...

i was just thinking.. could it be possible to lose weight if you eat fast food all the time but only the recommended amount of calories.. or even less? im not actually gonna do this, i was just thinking about it.

  • that's a good question..considering a lot of people just count calories.

  • I think it's possible if you're active enough. There are plenty of people that are toothpick thin and eat fast food almost every day.

  • Can you do it and lose weight? Sure, if you just eat small meals. Can you do it and lose weight and be healthy? No.

  • i agree with the above comment, the sodium, fat, SUGAR, the white products (buns, breads, etc)...

    NOT GOOD. Or we'd all be happy lol.
