Does anyone have a good recipe for turkey meatloaf without onions?

Down to the last bits in the pantry and I need to find a good turkey meatloaf recipe without onions.

  • lol-just take any recipe that sounds good, and omit the onions.
    I would use-
about 2 lb turkey meat, some chopped bell pepper (about a cup probably), about 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs (you CAN use crushed up saltine crackers, but, I like breadcrumbs better), an egg, whatever spices you like in it (or, even easier, you can purchase a ready made spice packet, in the grocery store where they have the envelopes of gravy mix), and cook as directed, about 350 or 375 for an hour or so, depending on how thick your loaf is.
