What is the explanation behind "women wearing only skirts or dress" due to religion?

  • Christian women wear long skirts...I don't know why... I think it has something to do with temptation

  • There are a lot of issues concerning religion and "guidelines" in some religions the right hand is considered sacred it used only for eating. I also been wondering what is this all about.

  • No. Skirts have nothing to do with "religion" per sey but a standard for women to dress modestly. A long time ago skirts Christian or not was the code of dress for all women some churches just chose to keep it.
