  • If you do 8 oz bottle do 7 oz of water 1 oz of milk and formula until he reaches the full amount of milk. This way you slowly switch him to help avoid stomach issues.

  • He doesn't NEED milk. Just make sure that he's getting enough calcium from the foods he eats. Does he like cheese or yogurt? If so, that's fine. For vitamin D, a little sunlight (5 minutes) each day is perfect.

  • Go to the La Leche League website. They have info on introducing foods, and detailed sections on how to avoid creating food allergies (often caused by introducing certain foods too rapidly)

  • As for the juice, is it infant juice or juicy juice? Sometimes its to strong so try adding 2 oz of water to it. If its still an issue then just do the formula and do water and slowly add juice to it like you do the milk an oz at a time.
