Well I've only been on it for about 2 weeks and I've already lost 3 lbs. I'm not following it to the "T" though. Heck i haven't even finished the book! Lol, I did use their food section to grocery shop and i've upped my protein intake and muscle toning. I've followed the jist of it without knowing every detail. I think it works like no othe "diet" because its not really a diet. Anyone can do it and you can do it for your whole family which makes it super convenient. I've always told people "don't do diets, they dont work" and i still agree with that. But this one is a life style.
