what is normal?

What is normal weight gain for 4 months pregnant? Like on average, how much should you have gained by this point? I know it varies but I'm just looking for a range.

  • Actually it's quite normal to LOSE weight during your first trimester and not start putting on weight until the middle to end of your second. That's not how it is with everyone, but it's quite common.
