  • We are having leg of lamb with mint jelly, gravy, mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, corn pudding and dinner rolls. For snacks before I'm making deviled eggs, artichoke dip and a cheese and cracker platter. Dessert will be a carrot cake and I think some cupcakes for the kids. My ony glitch is that we're going to have 1 vegetarian in attendance, I feel like I need something more for her for dinner but can't come up with anything.

Now, why am I sitting here on cafemom with all that work to do???
