Cradle cap

Hi...
any recommendations for my 2 month old's cradle cap?

  • We started out using lotion for my LO but it's so dry here and he has bad eczema so I also use a leave in conditioner from Johnson and Johnson.

  • rub baby oil in w/a soft bristle brush then wash hair

  • put baby oil on it and let it sit for about 20 minutes (this will soften it), take a fine tooth comb and gently comb it over several times (this will lift it from the scalp)... then wash the hair.

  • toothpaste and vinegar, just combine and massage like a shampoo on the scalp. luck!

  • or dandruff shampoo for adults, should come right out. if it gets too bad, they have a med cream they can prescribe for it

  • a soft bristle brush and LOTS of baby oil.
    make sure your baby gets enough air to their head and some sunshine.. the sun helps it out a bit.
