What do you put in your deviled eggs?

looking for something a little different then the usual paprika, mustard and Mayo. Have seen many recipes using vinegar, have you tried that?

  • i use mayo (well i use miracle whip) and some times i put relish in it

  • I use mayo, mustard, vinegar, pepper, horseradish and sometimes bacon...sprinkled with paprika, of course.

    My grandma puts onions and celery, diced very small, in hers.

  • Mash the yolks with a fork, add a little vinegar, salt, and maybe a teaspoon of sugar. Taste. Add more vinegar to give it a nice tart taste and to make it the right consistency to spread it into the whites. There are never any left of these deviled eggs when I take them to a pot luck or for the family.

  • I mix the yokes with ranch dressing and mayo both, and the nput chili powder on top instead of Paprika, Sometimes I even add finely minced green olives to the mixture.

  • This morning I did something different. I mixed dill, mustard seed, and a little bit of celery salt in the smashed up yolks. Then I added some sour cream and miracle whip (about 1/2 and 1/2). OMG! Delicious!

  • Mayo, mustard, a little juice from pickles or pickle relish, celery salt or Lawrey's seasoning salt and chopped olives , with a slice of green stuffed olive for garnish and a sprig of dill, makes it look like a flower design.
