my 22 month old daughter has had diarrhea blow outs for about 6 days about 4-6 a day, occasionally it seems like its getting better when she has a stool that seems to look a tad thicker than water. Lately she has had really bad gas which i have only recently noticed around a day ago. She has never had this and has no allergies. just in the last day she seems to some pain where she pulls her legs up. I feel very worried and cant call the doc til tomorrow. What do you think??

  • Is she drinking? If you can get her to drink lots of water and pedialite she is probably ok until tomorrow.

  • We just had the flu here, diarrea and vomiting. Comes with stomach cramps as well. Get her popcicles, whatever fluids you can get into her. Call your doctor to get a check to see if she is dehydrated or if it may be more serious. It can be deadly for a baby to get diarrea, so make sure she doesn't get dehydrated.

  • she may have gas. my younger grandson is lactois intalerante. so we have to give him soy milk. he fine now.if he would eat regular dairy his diapers would be the diaper from heck. the smell would clear a room. he still drinks lactois free milk.
