  • A candle-lit bubble bath while reading (strains the eyes, makes you tired), a massage, holding my sleeping baby, petting my dog or cat. Good luck!

  • I drink a glass of milk and if that doesn't work then i take a tylenol pm.

  • I started having a hard sleeping when I was pregnant and so I started taking a hot shower at night and would just soak then I would put lotion on my feet that always helped me to relax and would sleep awesome!

  • Right now I just take a warm bath right before bed, then put on lavender lotion. When I go to sleep; most nights I turn on an audiobook or soundscape cd. I still wake up like 5 times a night to pee... but at least I'm relaxed enough to sleep.
