has anyone lost weight by walking on treadmill and how much weight did you lose?

  • Im taking a wellness class in college right now and my text says to loss weight you should exercise for 60 min a day 3-5 days a week.u should start out gradually. It doesnt have to be all at once. You could do 30 min and 30min.
