Yikes!!!

Okay so Im only 24 weeks so I have a couple questions. Any body get really bad swelling at 24 weeks? Well I have been retaining water in my legs and feet. What can I do to help it? I work Mon-Fri and sit at a desk all day. Please help!!!

  • I think it's Normal Nicole! I wouldnt worry too much about it. My feet swelled up SO bad it was so bad! My the time the swelling went back down... I thought my feet and ankles looked so darn skinny! LOL

    Preeclampsia--- Swelling, sudden weight gain, headaches and changes in vision are important symptoms

  • Limit your salt intake and rest off your feet. My sweating increased as well, increase your water intake to hydrate yourself with the increased water loss.

  • You might have preeclampsia. I would call the doc's office, just to be safe.

  • Do you have something you can put your feet up on when you are sitting at your desk??? I used to use an old trash can... and I put I pillow on top of that.
