  • do them throughout the day, try 3 sets of 10. Try them quickly, try holding it for a few seconds, and also try both together. Just mix it up.

  • Do them in groups...maybe start at 10 at a time. You can then do 4 sets of ten. Do 10, rest for a moment, then do 10 more until you done the four sets.

Do them throughout the day as often as you can. your body will let you what is 'ehough'.

  • You do as many as you want. The best time to do them is during urination. That way you know your squeezing the right way. Once you master that do them when ever you want during sex is also a great way to do them as well.

  • get one of those weights with the string attached (i forget what it's called) and put it up there... keep it there for a few hours or however long you can stand it.... and while it's in there, work it up and down with your kegal muscles

  • I have to strongly disagree with the person who said to do them while urinating. My doctor, and many articles, have said that this can cause problems like bladder infections. It doesn't matter in what order or group that you do them, just that you do them. There is no set rule on how many or how long or how many in a group you should do.
