You just name someone co owner. Like if you have an admin and she does really well you could name her co owner. Nothing actually changes though and she gets no more "rights" than a regular admin. I think owners do it more for organization or if something happens they want their members to speak to the owner or co owner vs. the admins. Only ONE person can actually be an owner to a group.
