introducing soft cheese?

I should remember this because my girls are only 15 months apart, but I can't remember when I started my first on cheese. My baby is 7 months and does great with soft finger foods, really uses her gums. But are the dairy foods ok this young (not milk, obviously, but yogurt, cheese, etc.) Thanks!

  • I wouldn't give a wee one cheese. It can constipate them not to mention give them gas.

  • oh and i would say that don't give too much cheese or else it makes them constipated. I always gave cheese the same time I was giving something high in fiber or prumes or something like that
