What's smegma?

  • Smegma is the white, slightly whitish secretion which is produced under the foreskin in males. It's normal, but should be washed away regularly. Like a womans vaginal fluids, it keeps it moist and supple the way its suppose to be.

    Little boys usually dont have it until they retract and around puberty. Just like little girls. Its no biggie.
