Do you Douche?

Just curious... I used to douche all the time and then someone told me that it is not necessary, so I stopped. It this something that really needs to be done? How often?

  • I do it after I have my period. So once a month.

  • It really only needs to be done if you have an infection.

    Your vaginal secretions clean you out naturally...thats why they are there.

  • my gyn told me that it is not good for you because it washes away your good bacteria. i never once used one and to this day (knock on wood) i have never had a yeast infection or an infection of anykind. just shower and clean yourself well.

  • no i dont.. its not good for your body.. PLUS if you are keepn it clean thats all that matters.. NOW if you are out hookn it up night after night with random ppl i might think long and hard why you arnt doing it already.. LOL
