bleeding after sex.....

my hubby and i have been together for 4 years. we are both monogomous. i had a baby about 8 months ago, and up until now everything has been fine. yesterday we had sex and afterwards, i started bleeding. im still bleeding today. any idea what causes this?

  • I had light spotting caused by cervicitis caused by BV. Go see the dr, you will get antibiotics if that's the case. They will also do a pap, just in case.

  • That started happening to me and I went to the DR and found out that I had endometriosis and fibroids. I would definately see your Doc to make sure that everything is kosher.

  • Bleeding after sex isn't normal. It could be anything from an infection to cancer. Please go see your doctor!

  • what in the heck is implantation bleeding? and BV?what are fibroids?

  • lovin, BV is bacterial vaginitis and fibroids are tumors.

  • You can have some bleeding from having sex, especially if it has been a while or has been a little rougher than usually. I wouldn't get all panicky, just talk to your doctor.
