How can I overcome a lactose prenancy??

This is my 2ed boy that Ive been prego with and it seems Im lactose... only when im prego... and with boys is there anything i can do>?? This is killing me!!! I have to have milk but omg please help ive tried changing milks from Whole 1% 2% and lowfat and fat free... help help help!!!

  • Try lactose free milk and see if that works. If not talk to your dr about it and see what they can give you or if they have any idea's what it is.

  • I had the opposite problem. I am lactose intolerent with some milk allergies and i could have as much milk as i wanted while pregnant. It came back about a week and a half after i gave birth.
