  • By measurements of the baby and it's parts. Don't know if there is anything else they look at.

  • yup, with my last they told me the exact day that I concieve and asked me if I remembered having sex on that day, sure enough it was the only day I had had sex durring that cycle. That was freaky.

  • Your due date is technically 38 wks from conception. They add an extra 2 weeks into your pregnancy, the 2 wks between the first day of your last period and the day you conceived. For some reason, since it's part of your cycle, they count it in your pregnancy!
