  • IMO it's always ok to have mood swings. It could be hormonal (from breastfeeding or period) or just be from a combination of bad sleep and hard work...

  • I did but i ended up seeing several doctors and they diagnosed me with post pardom depression my baby was 8 months but i had several stress factors invovled at the time that it was really overwhelming. (IM NOT SAYING YOU HAVE POST PARDOM) But there are many mothers who still have mood swings several months later. If you are really concerned about it just speak to your doctor.

  • Mood swings do happen but if they are interferring with your everyday life or are harming your relationships with people, talk to your doctor. Mood swings can be a sign of other problems like PPD.

  • You're a woman. Need I say more? haha. I think we are all entitled to mood swings.

However, if they are drastic and you don't feel right about them, then talk to you doctor.
