What is the most effective and quickest way to get rid of a belly bulge?

My kids are 6 & 7 and I still have a hard time getting my abs back and my love handles. With a super busy schedule, what would be the most effective excercise that I can do at home and do it in a relatively short amount of time?

  • I think diet and cardio. Crunches and ab work will only tone the muscle but do nothing for the flab on have to burn that off. Good luck, I'm in the same boat!

  • I'd run through a dvd of core work and then memorize it and do it in front of the tv. Also, I agree the cardio is the thing...ugh.

  • Is anyone using WII fitness? I have the wii but not the fit part, the board. I heard that is great especially for yoga. Any thoughts? Thanks for all the replies!

  • Cardio...get on a tredmill...stay consistent.
