  • You are NOT getting a CHECK--unless you are on SSI or collecting social security. If you are on social security, you will get a ONE TIME check for $250. Everyone else will see a little more money in the form of a TAX CREDIT in each paycheck...about $13 per paycheck.

Be careful, though, less federal witholding MIGHT put you in a different tax bracket next year, causing you to pay MORE taxes. Remember, the government rarely gives you something for nothing!

  • Lori keet is 100% right. Unless on ss, your pay check will increase. Mine went up $15.00 more take home pay. But some people may want to adjust there W-4 form ( i think that is the right form) to have more withheld so you don't have to pay taxes at the end of the year. I agree the government rarley gives you something for free. The jerks.

  • No check if you work and are married you will see an additional 60 bucks a month. If you are single less. There is no checks for now. If Obama's approval rating goes down there might be one. lol
