  • maybe if she likes squash but refuses let's say....,green beans, mix some squash in the greenbeans? when my son is picky about a new food, I try again the next day. if he still refuses I move on to the next new food after the waiting period and eventually reintroduce the food he didnt like and maybe mix it with something he likes, or add something like curry (if it tastes good with it).

  • Try adding things to the foods she likes....
Yummy combos- Squash, Sweet Potato, Apple
    Sweet potato- carrot
    Squash and Pears
If she has had meats- chicken sweet potato or turkey sweet potato

Cafeful though... with only eating the orange Veges you might see she will start getting a little orange herself.

If you haven't tried making your own foods, I would try that. They taste MUCH better and you may have better luck with them.

  • im not sure how many times youve offered each food, but ive heard that it takes at least 9 times before they can get used to a taste.. maybe try offering them again? if it doesnt work one day try again the next day or week.. all in due time i suppose!
