Why is it legal to get paid to have sex for porn but not legal to get paid to have sex just because?

I'm not pro prostitution the thought just came to me reading the porn babies question

  • Yeah, I never understood that either. Never made sense to me. I guess with porn stars you can track their income better? And we all know Uncle Sam has to have his money.

  • Because they can tax porn stars... seriously. you cant tax ppl who stand on stree corners or ppl they dont know about havn sex 4 money. Well I guess maybe street hookers can be self employed.

  • Actually they are trying to make a tax on brothels now. I live in Nevada and they have them here legally, and the girls that work there are upset about this .
