  • If your cycle is regular then you should ovulate around 14 days from the day you start your period. have sex every other day after your period has ended. it can take 24-48 hours for sperm to travel to an egg. good luck

  • 10-14 days after the first day of your period.

  • Let's look at it this way, the first day of your (full flow, not spotting) period is Cycle Day 1. If you have a normal 28 day cycle, you should ovulate around Cycle Day 16, which means you should have sex days 14-18. Then you're on the two week wait. Two weeks from the day you ovulated your period should come. If not, you may be pregnant. If you are not pregnant, then it's likely you ovulated a day or two late, and thus your period will be a day or two late.

  • OK.. I suggest reading "Taking Charge of your Fertility" Not many women have exactly a 28 day cycle, and many women don't ovulate on day 14, which is when most people try to concieve. For example, if you have a 32 day cycle, you may ovulate around day 20.. if you were going for the 14th day, then you missed your opportunity to get preggo. Even if you have a 28 day cycle, you may ovulate earlier or later than the 14th day. The only way to know for sure when you ovulate (without getting an ultrasound) is by tracking your temperatures and watching for fertile cervical mucus.
