Bacterial infection from soap???

I went to the Dr. Yesterday and he said that the little bumps are on my arm are from a bacterial infection in my blood from using too much soap. Does that make sense to anyone else???

  • if you use too much antibacterial soap your body gets used to it and it doesn't kill the bacteria when you wash your hands.
