  • Showing depends on the position and size of the baby, as well as the size of the mother. Smaller women tend to show faster, larger women tend to show slower. Whether or not the child is a boy or girl has no play in when you begin to show.

  • My first and only was a boy and I started showing at 27 weeks. I thought maybe I was having a small baby because I am a tiny person and maybe that's why I wasn't showing, but no, I had a 9lb 7oz baby. It has a lot to do with muscle tone as well as babies position.
