  • Yes, take it one day at a time. Things will only get better if you see the light at the end of the tunnel. Think positive and know that you can and will do this. Your a strong person and you can do anything you put your mind to.

  • I can not say that things will get easier, however you will adjust to the changes in your life. there will always be struggles as a single mom. I am not trying to bring you down, i am just trying to be honest.

  • It may never get easier, but it is the most rewarding thing. You really need a support system to help you out. You need someone to talk to, someone to help when you need a sitter, someone to come help when you are sick, etc. That really helps. I have been a single mom for almost 13 yrs, there are good days and bad days. Just take it one day at a time.

  • YOur best defence is a great support network. Surround yourself with family and positive friends. Single parents that you have things in common with are great because then it is a win win situation. You can help each other out. Don't take no for an answer. Keep searching for what you want. There are soooo many programs out there that help single parents get their kids in good schools, go to summer camp for free etc. You just have to be creative and keep looking.
