  • I like to put shredded cheese in mine with onion, then I add hamburger seasoning from grill mate and then a little garlic powder. I mix it all together and add 1 egg to hold it together. I have also made bbq burgers with bacon pieces. I buy the real bacon pieces and then mix it in with the bbq sauce and meat and then 1 egg as well.

  • You can do blue cheese burgers with crumbles of cheese in it, bacon surprise where you cook bacon up and then form the burger with bacon in the middle. Hope you find what your looking for and enjoy.

  • Cheeseburger joes:

    lb ground beef
favorite bbq sauce (i prefer jack daniels)
    sliced american cheese
    hamburger rolls

    to make:
brown meat in skillet, and drain
add cup of ketchup and cup of bbq sauce (or more, pending on taste, I like more in mine)
and cook on low for 5-10 minutes.
serve on roll with a slice of cheese

I found it in a kraft magazine, tried it, LOVED IT :)

    taco salad:
bag of nacho doritos (used to replace tortilla chips, add to taste)
    ground beef
(any other veggies of choice, tomatoes, onions, olives, etc, add to your taste)
    ranch dressing

cook meat, drain, and mix with all other ingredients into a bowl.

or there is always hamburger helper, tacos, chilli, etc.

  • My enchilada meatball recipe sounds kinda strange, but everyone loves it and it is cheap to make.

    2 cups crumbled corn bread
1 can (10 ounces) enchilada sauce, divided
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

In a large bowl, combine the corn bread, 1/2 cup enchilada sauce and salt. Crumble beef mixture; mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls.
Place in a greased baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 18 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
In a small saucepan, heat tomato sauce and remaining enchilada sauce. Drain meatballs; place in a serving dish. Top with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with toothpicks. Makes about 4-1/2 dozen.
