  • Wait.

I know it sucks, beliiiieve me.

I was a week overdue and I had to be induced.

I did every single trick in the book and absolutely nothing worked.

Turned out I didn't have any oxytocin in my body to jumpstart my labor. Induction with pitocin was my only option. My labor was quick and relatively painless (I had a great epidural haha).

Just enjoy the last bit of peace and quiet you have. Enjoy your sleep...you'll miss it when your baby arrives :D

  • Why are you forcing it? Let the baby come out when he/she is ready. Your due date isn't the date it has to come out.

  • The baby will come when the baby is ready to come, if you don't want to be induced then say no... Unless the baby or you are in danger, they usually won't induce until you are 2 weeks overdue. Good Luck, hang in there.

  • Then your baby should be just about ready to come...so wait it out, and refuse to be induced.

  • Then don't worry about it..baby will come. Be patient. Learn to be patient now.
