bonding for teeth

Has anyone had bonding done for small spaces between teeth? Does insurance cover any? Is it painfull ? JUST WONDERING..... I was considering it. Thanks:)

  • hi. I think it's considered cosmetic. I had to have it done because after suffering through 11 years of braces, the orthodontist could not get rid of the space between my front teeth. As soon as I took my retainer out they would "pop" apart again. Anyway, it is not painful AT ALL. But I will warn you, I have had to have mine re-done a few times over the years because eventually it wears away. But I love how it looks. They can also do it to even out the color of your teeth or make them whiter.
