  • I throw frozen mixed veggies and some meat in a dutch oven and let it bake. It's quick, easy, very little clean up. It leaves me plenty of time to hang out on Cafemom!

  • We just had pork noodles for supper. I make a whole bad of wide egg noodles, and one of the pork roast refrigerated entree things and then pull apart the pork with a fork and mix that and the sauce with the noodles and a little butter. My DD LOVES them, she even asked for seconds!! (And that's a rarity around here!!) I used whole wheat noodles, and it's not very fattening either. For the whole meal, it's 2010 calories, and we still have about a fourth of it left. So we each ate about 600 calories. Not bad for dinner!!
