What are some foods high in calories? Not anything too junky.

I have a problem eating enough calories a day. I've always been one to do this. I just don't get that hungry. I want to get in at least 1200 calories a day so my body can get what it needs, but I'm having a hard time doing it. I'm usually way too full before I hit 1000. Do you know how I can eat less but still get the calories I need? I feel like I have to eat the house down just to get enough calories. I need the energy too.

  • 12 bananas = 1200.

I really dont believe you only need 1200. You should work out properly what you need.
