i have a stye in my eye? is it ok if i pop it?

its red and it has like a red ball inside, would it heal faster if i just pop it to take the infection out?

  • dude I don't know. scares the crap out of me! LOL...I don't mess with my eyes! If it is on my eye lid then yeah I'd do it. but on the eye ball, hell no...LOL...don't feel comfortable doing that.

  • put a warm wash cloth on it and is it on the outside or inside of the lid and is it white puss

  • it is on the inside of my eyelid it looks red but if i put a little pressure on it it has a white ball inside of it! it itches and burns really bad

  • i have before, and it wenr away and healed faster. just be careful, it could get infected if you do that

  • You deffinetly should'nt pop it just put a very warm washcloth on it and it should bring it to a head and it will pop on it's own.
