Are autistic children dilusional at times? What condition does dillusions go with?

  • i wouldnt say dillusional, at least with my experience none of my clients have been dilusional. but also there are TONS of different levels of autism, some people may think that if you seen one autistic kid you have met them all, not the case at all!! talk to your dr

  • Hmmm well that is a strange question. What do you mean by delusional? Do they believe things to be true that are not? Yes some do but so do most people and especially children.

  • Not really at all.....if there is any appearance of delusion it would be most likely to stem from the failure to communicate that so many autistic children have to deal with.
