Do you or your SO have a dangerous job?

I worry about my hubby alot. He works nights in a coal mine. scary.

  • Yeah, that is really scary! My hubby is a helicopter pilot, and he's had some close calls - so I would say it can be dangerous at times.

  • mine works as an electrician (high voltage) hes told me a few stories of him getting shocked or his recent one was falling 16 feet from a ladder, he coulda broken his neck!!!

  • mine works on the railroad and says there are people that get really hurt and die. So they have a party everytime a year goes by and there were no injuries or death

  • yes my husband is a police officer, and i worry everytime he leaves the house, the are no such thing as a routine stop............

  • My DD's father is a fireman. Pretty dangerous. He's been hurt twice because someone on the team panicked.

  • My husband works for the railroad and I am a counselor. Many of my clients are sex offenders, murders, drug addicts, etc. I would say we both have fairly dangerous jobs.

  • My husband's a Correctional Officer...his jail is medium, however he's on a dorm with 60 inmates and him alone. They aren't in their own jail cells, able to walk around, and they have committed the same crimes as in a max. Freaks me out a bit! I'd rather have him in a Max where they're all in their own cells!

  • My husband works on the Railroad. People have been getting hurt alot lately do to not having the proper man power, and trying to do too much so quickly. Ive even seen some of the videos that they have for trainings of ppl not paying attention and getting killed. scary!
