Sex and the baby????

can having sex hurt the baby, my boyfriend does not want to have sex with me, because he fears that he will hurt the baby????

  • Just try positions that don't allow you to lay on your back b/c that can cut off air or whatever to the baby.

    as long as it doesnt hurt you then have fun .
    try diff postions . but the baby is well protected nothing to worry about .

  • No, it will not hurt the baby. The baby is no where near where the penis enters and exist the vagina. The only thing that might hurt the baby is if you are further along and he is laying on top of you or you are laying on top of your stomach. Try comfortable positions that do not put pressure on your stomach and you should be fine.

    In some high-risk pregnancies, intercourse is not recommended. If your doctor hasn't mentioned to you that sex is off-limitts, you are not one of these people :-)
