Since my daughter doesn't drink alot of formula what can i give her to make sure she gets enough vitamins?

  • at 10 months they have cut back on formula b/c they should be eating solids. so just make sure the solids you give her are healthy. .. plain whole wheat pasta, veggies, fruits, that kind of thing

  • Well, if you are worried about her getting enough vitamins, my first thought would be to give a vitamin.

  • If she is eating balanced as in fruit veggies protein and whole grains she is fine. I kind of answered this in your other question to about that she is relying more on food that formula for nutrients anymore. Infant cereal mixed with formula is greatly fortified. After all she will be on Cows milk in two months.

  • If your concerned about her not getting enough vitamins then it's a good idea to talk to your pediatrician about that. I give my son Poly-vi-sol with iron, he does eat solids and still takes formula.
