  • If you are horizontally challenged that means you are skinny. Like vertically challenged means short.

  • Not a word I hold dear to my heart as I am "obese."

Makes me feel like I'm simply part of a category, lol. Fat people have feelings too, I say!

  • See, I don't like the word 'fat' either. But I personally can stand it more than obese.

It just makes me feel all slimy and gross. And madame, I'm considered obsese too, so don't feel bad :D

  • I don't like the word fat but I've heard it so much now that suddenly I can tolerate it. Obese just freaks me out, it sounds so institutionalized and....Inhuman.

  • Im obese... the word doesnt bother me, what it means hurts me cause I know I can do better.. its just a fact... a medical word that says "Your weight is putting you at risk, by putting you in this catagory you are being warned to lose weight or face consequences... "

  • Oh yeah, it sounds like someone saying you are "a beast" ! It's a horrible word. Maybe it's designed to motivate us to loose weight, because now you feel even worse about yourself.
