  • to better it? I usually need to be alone or take a hot shower. When I am stressed I get really grouchy...nobody wants to be near me...that or I cry a lot depending on WHAT I am stressing on.

  • I take a walk. I'm usually stressed by the crazy amount of housework I need to do or because my daughter's throwing multiple tantrums...or if the husband's being a jerk. Walks help to clear your head and give you the benefit of exercise, too!

  • take a house key (kid locks me out), sit on the porch swing (or just on the porch if shes being such a sh*t that she just bangs on the window right by the swing) call a friend and smoke a cigg....usually the cause of the stress is her so thats how i get away from her for a min

  • I clean, or I sit down with a nice hot cup of tea and either use the internet or read a book and I don't get up until the tea is gone! It depends on the sort of stress I am having, if I feel manic I do the former and if I need to decompress I do the later.
