Fatigue, muscle soreness, short of breath w/physical activity, no fever but hot to touch, chills, dizziness (only late afternoon), nausea sometimes....what the heck is going on?

We are calling the doctor Monday for a physical exam but just trying to get an idea of what could be going on. He's felt this way off and on for 2 weeks now. :-(
We originally werent going to go to the doc because he seems to get better. A.M. he feels 90% fine. As the day progresses he feels worse and all the symptoms start occuring. He's sleeping longer too...goes to bed much earlier.
Has anyone else had symptoms like these or have any idea?

  • Asthma, a viral infection. Could be anything. If his breathing gets really bad, take him to the ER.

  • Asthma possibly. The shortness of breath can cause dizziness and the dizziness causes nausea.
