Is there anything OTC I can take/do for a yeast infection while pregnant?

I'm pregnant and I have a yeast infection, is there anything OTC I can use to get rid of it. My dr. is a twit and says that I shouldn't worry about it and that it will go away on its own and its not going away!

  • hit up your local health food store!! umm or a Wegmans Health food store section, umm... Yogurt applied directly works well umm....... I use acidophilus have since I was little only have had a single yeast infection and that was due to augmenton........ using natural remedies is really great for pregnant women! I take a few supplements instead of those evil prenatal vitamins.... they do not make me sick or constipated!

  • Eat plain yogurt. Read the labels on the OTC meds to make sure there are no warnings about pregnancy. And get a different OB.
