I have trouble with the basic ones, hip and knee shimmies (Egyptian?) These are what my teachers called them. Especially the knee shimmy (just the vibration one.) Also, one of the problems I have is that the shimmy is not equal on both sides. My right hip "stutters" and I get only occasional shimmies on the left. So I will start ok, but then my right hip will do a couple of bounces and then my left hip will do one or two, then back to the right hip again. It drives me crazy!Answer Question
