Spinal headaches are BAD!

  • wish I never got I have lower back pain as a result, I believe use other means rather than epi.

  • not everyone who has an epi has a bad experience. let mothers make their own decisions, stop trying to make decisions for them!

  • I agree with anon 10:48....I didn't exactly have the best experience, but if I have another baby, I'm SOOOo getting another epi!!!

  • That is why I didn't get the epi. I was terrified of the spinal headache.

  • I've had an epi and a spinal. The epi was way better.

  • That is a personal choice that only the expectant mom can make. Kudos to those who can go natural, but just because that worked for you doesn't mean that everyone will be going that route.

  • I had an awesome epidural. Oh so nice. I had no pain, and I had total control of my body. It was perfect bliss.

  • I had a C- section. So really NO choice. For surgery ya kinda have to have a spinal~
