does grapfruit help you lose wieght?

ive been eating a half of a grapfruit these past couple days and it seems like i was losing some wieght easier while on my diet, was it the grapfruit?

  • Eating a grapefruit everyday is a great way to get your 8 daily servings of fruits and veggies in. They are loaded with fiber and water.

  • Reducing calories and increasing your activity are the only real way to lose weight. Maybe you are giving up a high calorie food and have replaced it with the grapefruit. Eating a more healthy diet is the thing that will help. It may include grapefruit, but the grapefruit itself isn't the cause for your weight loss.
