  • Who knows it doesn't matter she found her faith in Jesus.
She was saved and I am not going to judge her if she was or not.
    Praise God!!

  • No. Mary Magdalene was a woman possessed by several evil spirits. Jesus drove them out of her,and she became one of His most faithful followers. In fact, it was her and Jesus' Mother who found the tomb empty on Easter morning, and she is the one who ran and told the disciples.

  • The pope name Gregory the Great made a false connection between the sinful woman who washed Jesus' feet with her hair and Mary Magdalene. It has been proven that there is no biblicial evidence that Mary was the prostitute.

  • OK, This Mary Jesus expelled seven demons from, reason enough for her to put faith in him as the Messiah and for her to back up such faith with outstanding works of devotion and service. yes, she is first mentioned in the account of Jesus’ second year of preaching, when he and his apostles were “journeying from city to city and from village to village, preaching and declaring the good news of the kingdom of God.” Together with Joanna the wife of Herod’s man in charge, Susanna, and other women, Mary Magdalene continued ministering to the needs of Jesus and his apostles out of her own belongings.—Lu 8:1-3. That's who Mary Magdalene was...

  • This is an interesting article on Mary Magdalene - some of it is based on speculation and theory, however, just so you know.

And these are some excerpts from the Gospel of Mary Magdalene from the Gnostic writings - very interesting stuff:

  • No, that wasn't something my church taught, and their reasons for it were the ones shared above - it was an assumption accepted as fact, that was not Biblically supported.
