My cycle has been 30 days ever since it got regular after giving birth...

Last month it was 28 days. So when April came I was confused as to when I was ovulating. Would I have ovulated on a 30 day cycle, or 28 day cycle? Now this month, it looks like it's back on 30 days. If it were on 28, I would start today.

  • You count 14 to 21 days from the 1st day to get an estimate of when you would ovulate. Cycles change all the time and its only a 2 day change which probably means you ovulated early last month. If you start today or in 2 days its fine unless your wanting to be pregnant then you should wait another few days as you cycle did change.

  • So I more than likely ovulated on the 6th, rather than the 8th. My luteal days are 14.
